Introducing Our New Secondary School Building at St Columba College
A Contemporary Space for Modern Learning
We are delighted to announce the development of a new Secondary School building at St Columba College, a $20 million project designed to enhance the educational experience of our students in Years 6 to 12. This state-of-the-art facility reflects our commitment to providing exceptional learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of our students and staff.
Exceptional Learning Spaces
The new building will feature 17 modern classrooms, 2 advanced science laboratories, and several independent learning areas. Each space is designed with abundant natural light and optimal airflow, promoting a positive cognitive environment essential for effective learning. Equipped with the latest digital tools, these facilities will empower our students and support their pathways into growing STEM industries in the Northern suburbs.
Enhanced Sports and Canteen Facilities
The project also includes the addition of new sports courts, including a 5-a-side soccer pitch, providing our students with more opportunities for physical activity and teamwork. Additionally, our canteen will be expanded and redeveloped into a new walk-through self-serve experience, offering a variety of healthy and delicious food options.
