Strategic Plan 2024 - 2028

I am excited to announce the launch of the St Columba College Strategic Plan 2024-2028: Boundless Possibilities.

This document is a roadmap for our future, to ensure that we as a College are providing excellent experiences for each child and to deliver on our commitment to our parents and families. We aim to be a school where every child is known and valued, and can experience God’s love. We strive to be a place where their talents are recognised, extended and supported to achieve excellent outcomes. We seek to be a school where students develop the characteristics of optimism, perseverance and resilience, experience positive mental wellbeing, and develop habits of service towards all of humanity and our planet.

This plan is the culmination of consultation with staff, students and families, and is based on research and data. Over the next four years, all of our projects and initiatives will be undertaken in pursuit of delivering on these goals.
