Alumni Coaching

We are excited to announce the expansion of our co-curricular activities under a new program called Student Life. This program aims to provide every student with the opportunity to engage in activities beyond the formal curriculum, including Performing Arts, Sports, and Clubs and Activities.  

We are seeking applications from alumni interested in paid coaching positions for the school's sporting teams or clubs. Interested individuals are encouraged to submit a short application email to alumni@stcolumba.sa.edu.au explaining why they would like to be involved and what skills they can bring to the role.

Please note that all coaches will need to undergo the necessary police clearances and hold a Working with Children Check (WWCC), which the College can assist in obtaining.

Alumni Tutoring

 

The study support program started in 2021 and was implemented to assist our current students from Years 6 - 12 with homework and assessments. Our tutors are all currently attending university and understand what it is like for our current students to move through their high school years.

The sessions are run in our Middle School library from 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm every Monday – Thursday during school terms.

 

 

 

Remuneration is for 2 hours per day, 1 - 4 days a week, and the salary based on the Enterprise Agreement 2017 - ESO Level 1. If you are interested in a Tutoring position, please write a short application including the following:

  • Cover letter explaining why you would like to be involved and what skills you would bring to the role as Tutor.
  • Curriculum Vitae.
  • Names of 3 referees and contact numbers

*Please note tutors will need to undergo the required police clearances and hold a Working with Children Check (WWCC), which the College can assist you obtain.
