Year 9 Visual Art

Year 9 Visual Art (S1)

Year 9 Visual Art explores portraiture through grid drawing and painting techniques. Students investigate the element of line by constructing drawing implements inspired by the bow and arrow. They create two-dimensional aerial landscape paintings in Aboriginal art before transforming them into three-dimensional sculptures. The course fosters creativity, technical skills, and cultural appreciation.
