Stage One Mathematical Methods
Year 11 Mathematical Methods (S1)
Mathematical Methods offers senior secondary students the opportunity to broaden their mathematical experience and provide a variety of contexts for incorporating mathematical arguments and problem solving. In Semester 1 of Year 11 Mathematical Methods, there is an emphasis on the development of algebraic and geometric thinking. Year 11 Mathematical Methods students will be assessed on their learning through Skills and Applications Tasks, including: Tests and Mathematical Investigations.

Prerequisites: B for both Semesters of year 10 Mathematical Methods
