Year 8 Physical Education

Year 8 Physical Education refines specialised knowledge, skills, and movement competence. Students develop advanced movement skills in various settings, analysing body control and coordination. They learn to transfer these skills across activities. This semester's focus includes volleyball, a heart rate program, and dance, enhancing students' understanding and physical capabilities.
