Stage 1 Physical Education
Stage 1 Physical Education (S1)
In Stage One Physical Education, students will analyse energy systems and fitness factors in Badminton, discussing physiological demands and key fitness aspects. They will also study skill acquisition and constraints through modified games (Fast5 Netball, Indoor Cricket, Futsal), investigating factors influencing participation and performance outcomes.

Stage 1 Physical Education (S2)
In Stage One Physical Education, students will explore biomechanics by analysing and improving golf skills. They will also design and evaluate warm-up activities, collecting data to analyse physiological outcomes, social engagement, and barriers to participation in physical activity.
