Stage 1 Health and Wellbeing (S1)

In Stage One Health and Wellbeing, students explore individual and community health, researching various areas and promoting one through an exhibition. They apply health-promoting strategies to their mental and emotional well-being and investigate the impact of substance abuse on physical, mental, and social health in communities.

Stage 1 Health and Wellbeing (S2)

In Stage One Health and Wellbeing, students examine the health of individuals, communities, and societies. They research the physical and spiritual benefits of yoga through participation in classes and explore holistic health approaches via a sexual health study. Students also address mental health stigmas, promoting education to improve community and individual health.
