Stage 1 Food and Hospitality
Stage 1 Food and Hospitality (S1)
In Stage One Food and Hospitality, students explore contemporary Industry trends and practices, developing expertise in safe food handling, technology use and creating innovative dishes. Students develop knowledge and skill focusing on mastering sweet and savory pastry dishes suitable for a café, healthy eating, cultural influences, gourmet burgers and investigating industry-related issues. The course balances individual and collaborative work combining theory with hands-on experience.

The course balances individual and collaborative work combining theory with hands-on experience.
