In English, we aim to expand the analytical and creative skills of our students and the knowledge of the world around them. We focus on the perspectives of others in our community and how these are shaped by their context and communicated through texts, both recent and from the past.
The critical literacy skills embedded and developed throughout our curriculum, are taught through reading, writing, viewing and listening.
