• The nature, type and structure of the world of work.
• Work Health and Safety
• Volunteering and the value of unpaid work on the economy and for the individual
• Reflective practices of skill development

What attributes do I need:

Organisational and time management skills. Confidence to engage with others in the wider community to ensure the volunteering or working experience is completed. A passion to get ready for work, an apprenticeship or further training.
